Coronavirus: Cases By Metro Area

Methodology: Data is collected from more than seventy sources, including the World Health Organization (CDC), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and every U.S. state health department's Coronavirus surveillance page. The data is checked and enhanced with data from Johns Hopkins University, the University of Virignia and Worldometers. Note Metro Area boundaries are defined by the U.S. Census' Core-Based Statistical Area.
