What if it also had the first-ever endowment tax on America's corrupt institutions of higher learning? What if that bill also had No Tax on Tips, No Tax on Overtime, No Tax on Social Security? What if that bill also created the strongest framework for energy deregulation in American history? What if that bill also created the first-ever system for the Department of Defense to be involved in the defense of our southern border? In other words, one policy went after another -- plus the tax cuts. Nothing like this has ever been done before in the history of the conservative movement. This bill is electric. […]

A rational person should be able to say, 'Wow, it is amazing this bill accomplishes the full tax agenda, the full border agenda, the full immigration agenda, the full energy agenda, large portions of the trans and de-woke-ifying agenda, large portions of the higher ed agenda, also cancels the Green New Deal, also cancels the student loan bailout, also has the largest welfare reform in history. You can acknowledge all that -- and then if you want to be an even greater fiscal hawk, say, 'But I'd like to cut more!' But to pretend this bill includes pork -- there's no pork in the bill. It's been public for weeks, and the only provisions you will find in the bill are campaign promises."

Look no further than today's jobs report for proof:

In May, the U.S. added 139,000 jobs -- smashing expectations for the third straight month , with the private sector accounting for all net job gains.

+ Leisure and hospitality: +48,000 new jobs

+ Transportation and warehousing: +5,800 new jobs

+ Construction: +4,000 new jobs -- the fourth straight month of job increases

Wages for everyday Americans continue to rise , with real average hourly earnings up by nearly 4% over the past year -- far higher than economists' expectations.

+ Since President Trump took office, real disposable personal income has risen at a 7.5% annualized pace -- more than three times the pace than the final year of the Biden Administration.

Native-born American workers now account for ALL job gains since President Trump took office in January -- reversing the opposite trend from the past two years.

Since President Trump took office, 99.8% of job gains have been in the private sector. During the final two years of the Biden Administration, one in four jobs created were in government.

FACT: President Donald J. Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill is just one mechanism the Trump Administration is using to cut spending.

FACT: The One Big Beautiful Bill includes $1.7 trillion in mandatory savings. This means that for the first time since the 1990 s , the bill offers a chance to cement real savings on mandatory spending programs into law.

+ OMB Deputy Director Dan Bishop -- known for his fiscal responsibility -- says he "waited for an opportunity like this" when he was in Congress to make real, substantial spending cuts.

FACT: The One Big Beautiful Bill makes permanent fixes to Medicaid and food stamps -- and that chance may never come again. This is an opportunity to kick illegal immigrants off the taxpayer-funded rolls, cut government funding for sex changes, and restore integrity in program spending -- saving taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars. This opportunity will likely not come again.

"Shouldn't the One Big Beautiful Bill do more to cut spending?"

FACT: This is a reconciliation bill, which is a procedural maneuver that can ONLY be used to make changes to certain mandatory spending programs, such as entitlements. It is NOT an appropriations bill, which is how government operations are funded on an annual basis.

FACT: President Trump's budget proposal makes the most substantial spending cuts in a generation -- reducing non-defense spending by $163 billion, or 22% below current levels. Adjusted for inflation, it's the lowest non-defense spending in 25 years and will generate trillions of dollars in savings over the next decade.

FACT: Another tool the Trump Administration is using to cut spending is known as a "rescission," which cancels funding that has already been appropriated by Congress. Earlier this week, President Trump sent his first rescissions package to Congress, asking them to claw back billions of dollars in wasteful foreign aid, bureaucratic fraud and abuse, and federal funding for NPR and PBS -- and it's just the first of many such rescissions packages.

A 45-year-old Guatemalan national who has a conviction for murder in Boston.

A 29-year-old Brazilian national charged with aggravated rape of a child by force, possession of child pornography, and dissemination of obscene material.

A 48-year-old Salvadoran national whose criminal history includes charges of aggravated rape of child by force, indecent assault and battery on a person under 14, and open and gross lewdness.

That same day, Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a joint motion along with the Trump administration to end the law.

It's one of the latest efforts by the Trump administration to crack down on immigration into the country. President Trump issued two executive orders to prevent 'benefits or preferential treatments' from going to undocumented immigrants."

By every honest metric, President Donald J. Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill dramatically improves the fiscal trajectory of the United States and unleashes an era of unprecedented economic growth.

HOAX: The One Big Beautiful Bill increases spending.

FACT: The One Big Beautiful Bill delivers nearly $1.7 trillion in mandatory savings -- a fact that even the Congressional Budget Office admits is true.

FACT: This is the highest level of mandatory savings in history -- dwarfing spending reductions from similar reconciliation bills in 2005 , 1997 , 1993 , and 1990 on an inflation-adjusted basis.

FACT: The One Big Beautiful Bill's $1.7 trillion savings are permanent changes to the law -- meaning these savings will continue long into the future.

FACT: This is a reconciliation bill -- not an appropriations bill. This means there is no mechanism for including spending reductions on 99% of government operations, which will come in future legislation.

HOAX: The One Big Beautiful Bill adds to the deficit.

FACT: So-called "forecasts " predicting higher deficits are based on a false assumption that President Trump's 2017 tax cuts will expire. In reality, extending the CURRENT tax rates -- which this legislation does -- has zero impact on the deficit.

+ If you cite the CBO's faulty score, you must also cite CBO's forecast that President Trump's tariffs will cut the deficit by $2.8 trillion over the next decade. In other words, even the partisan CBO admits the deficit will be slashed by at least $500 billion over the next ten years.

FACT: Of course, the $1.7 trillion savings is partly offset by one-time spending on border security and additional tax cuts -- which brings the net deficit reduction to exactly $1.407 trillion.

FACT: Upon enactment the bill -- and through increased tariffs revenues, discretionary spending cuts, and reversing Biden-era regulations -- the Trump Administration will have taken actions that reduce deficits by at least $6.6 trillion over the next decade.
